United Trust Bank gave first rate customer service and returns. They made it so easy that I was able to reinvest after my first fixed term with very little effort on my part. My ten years of deposits with United Trust Bank

I have approximately ten years experience of making fixed term deposits with United Trust Bank. I chose UTB ten years ago because the savings rates on offer from them at that time were some of the best on offer. I have remained with them ever since because they have continued to offer good rates over the years and on those very rare occasions when I felt the need to speak on the phone to them my queries were always resolved very quickly and politely. I also commend them for continuing to improve their website over time, such that in more recent times I have found that their on-line information is so comprehensive that phoning them is not necessary.
