Great customer service every time.

Very easy to deal with. Super helpful, patient and resourceful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the them. They could give lessons on polite customer service. We have used United Trust Bank for a number of years...

We have used United Trust Bank for a number of years initially investing in Bonds. The interest rates are very competitive compared to other providers. We have recently opened two ISAs for the 25/26 tax year. We completed the application online. It is a very simple process and the money was transferred from another account we had with them and it was a seamless process.and quick confirmation that the accounts had been opened. Personal Savings

Choose United Trust Bank to save as a good rate of interest. It was difficult initially to do online as problems with the system. However this was soon rectified. I did ask if password could be shown as no knowledge if typed in correctly. This feedback was given and passwords can now be seen if required. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Very easy to work with!

Wonderful staff great help for a new saver

I found the bank excellent when I was new to saving I phoned up for advice the gentleman I spoke with took time to go through all my options. I explained I had problems with dyslexia and found situations hard.He was so patient. He phoned me back the next day to see if I had managed to open a savings account!! Also last year I had to phone again for a problem which was sorted out immediately my phone call answered after a few seconds. Your staff are a credit to your company Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
