When dealing with United Trust Bank both on line and by phone , I have been treated with polite consideration at all times , and been given full explanations of the questions asked and with knowledgeable advice on how to make the most of my finances.. Great customer service every time.

Very easy to deal with. Super helpful, patient and resourceful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the them. They could give lessons on polite customer service. We have used United Trust Bank for a number of years...

We have used United Trust Bank for a number of years initially investing in Bonds. The interest rates are very competitive compared to other providers. We have recently opened two ISAs for the 25/26 tax year. We completed the application online. It is a very simple process and the money was transferred from another account we had with them and it was a seamless process.and quick confirmation that the accounts had been opened.
