Got a quote online for £555 phoned up to ask for someone to go through the quote due to poor reviews on here, they came back with £1200 rising to £1600 with interest, I told them about the £555 quote they had given online and gave the reference number they said they can do that price but it was not available to pay anually, only available for a monthly payment with a 21% interest charge of £200!!! How can you offer a service for a price but demand to give credit at a rate of 21% that isn't wanted or needed ??? Asked to speak to customer service, told if you don't like it go somewhere else !!
