Vanquis customer service is very poor.

Vanquis customer service is very poor. They told me they qoukd give me 8 pounds and when they did not and I failed to pay the amount I got charged another 12 pounds. The customer service people are very rude and a bunch of liars. Avoid using this company Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Good credit builder card.

Have been with Vanquis for a number of years it does take a long time to up your credit limit with them with is frustrating especially when you have a excellent account history, but as a credit building card it’s a good starter card. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
