I have been with vanquis for some time and have never had any issues with them. This company is my preferred company when it comes to credit. Frustrating

Tried to amend card to make a payment to clear account but it insisted on taking the payment from the lost card on the account which of course declined. I have now had to change the direct debit to take the full amount so the card won't be paid off in full till June. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Super back up card!

My back up card, which I only use for emergencies, but I am so delighted it is there. I have fun into some issues recently and I have needed a back up card - and my VANQUIS card was there!! Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Great customer service and support

I have been a Vanquis customer for over 10 years, and found the customer service to be great. Always manage to speak to someone if I need, and when I was in financial difficulty once, they were very helpful in finding me a solution. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
