Any issues have always been sorted quickly.

Any issues have always been sorted quickly. They get in contact if they see unusual activity to make sure it’s me and not a fraudulent transaction. I did have some fraudulent transactions that they picked up and that I had missed, these were quickly rectified and the money returned. A new card was sent out that day to stop any more transactions. very impressive. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Easy, quick and friendly

I have been using my card for more than 5 months and i have never ever faced any issue paying online or in store. You can add the card to your apple/Samsung wallet in a couple of seconds. The customer support team is nice and friendly. Overall, I am happy and I made 25 pounds from their referral program. I hope they will decrease the delivery period from 7 working days to 3 days for renewal card. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Apr is not good. There are better.

When I first got my Vanquis card the apr was reasonable for a person with poor credit rating. For anyone with a good or better credit rating there are way better options. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
