They always let you know if your near your Balance...

My vanquis experience has always been fast. Good customer service, always ready to go the extra mile to help. I remember one time I was doing balance transfer myself but i became very confused of the process so I called and the lady was very patient even though I came to realise I was the one doing everything wrong, she stayed on the line and guided me to sort it out.
