I’ve never had a problem with my card and feel confident when I’m abroad as I’ve never had a problem using there either. I pay my card by direct debit, but when I need to make extra payments I use the Vanquis app which is so easy. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

Great App and services

Really helpful customer service, regular update emails explaining all changes of term and conditions, rates of repayments, interest rates and thorough explanation of interest rate increases. Credit rebuilding lifeline!

Having the Vanquis Credit Card was a massive financial lifeline for me in rebuilding my credit score. I started with a £350 credit limit and from that effectively rebuilt my life! My credit limit with them is now £5,000. Vanquis brought me out of a deep, dark financial manure heap to a place where I came up smelling of roses, giving me the confidence and ability to stay within my financial means and manage any credit I may have.
