Most awful customer service and credit card company...

Most awful customer service and credit card company ive known. I got ripped off with a purchase I made of some canvases, I sent photos of the wonky frame and the poor quality image and vanquis said they found no evidence of anything wrong... I then found out a customer service advisor had closed my account without me asking them too.. they then had to retrain the customer service advisor and called me up to ask what I think should happen to the customer service advisor that done this. Im sorry but its a joke. I will be moving credit cards very shortly. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

Excellent customer service and app.

Excellent customer service and app. Ability to control my credit card. Excellent credit increases overtime rewarding my credit control and payment of card. Vanquis helped change my life and my credit score..

When applying for a Vanquis card I had no credit rating at all, not only did they accept me they also helped raise my credit score which in turn also increased my borrowing balance! Theyve helped change my life. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025
