Good credit BUT...

Good to use and good credit value, however I am still waiting for them to acknowledge a potential security concern after my contact email was changed by them, vanquis have denied it happening and now ignoring me despite me sending proof. even there partner company moneybarn has acknowledged and dealt with a similar issue at there end with me.
