Excellent Customer service

I have always found the customer service at vanquis exce. I have gone through few difficult times when I lost my parents and they allowed me to take a payment break so it was one last thing to think of. Positive experience.

Never had anything other than a good experience with Vanquis. Sensible credit limits, immediate response to any issues (which are few and far between). Interest and balance transfer fees are a bit naughty but as long as you run your own account properly, these need not trouble you. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
