Hello this is Mirza Yaqoob Ali Baig and I’m existing customer of Vanquis with lots of issues they don’t care to customers well I’m telling like this because something happened with my account unnecessarily they suspended my account from one month ago and asked many times with customer service team they are telling me our security department will call you within 5 days and after 1 month still I’m waiting I mailed to both departments I have proof but still same condition although they sent me a link to very my Identity I have done it yet no response why Vanquis don’t care to their customers I don’t know surely if you will go to a barber shop they give some respect to their customers but who is connected with vanguis his life situations qnd waiting means meaningless Reviewed on: 19th May 2025
