When I needed Vanquis most they let me down.

When I needed Vanquis most they let me down. I was on holiday and I didn't have access to the phone registered so despite answering all the security questions I could not use the card for the remainder of my holiday. Terrible experience. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025

I have been with Vanquis a long time

I have been with Vanquis a long time now and I cannot fault the service I have received. My credit card app is easy to use and make payments easy. When I have phoned customer service the odd time they answer your call without waiting which is a big thing for me. Customer service always helpful and sorted my query with no problems.
