I think the app is great.

I think the app is great. Very user friendly. I have built up my credit score to excellent and have now been offered other crediit cards. I choose to keep this one. Only had to use Customer Service once and it was a good experience. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Improved Credit Rating.

I have had a positive experience with Vanquis, though I wish the general interest rates were lower. However, there have been several zero rate interest balance transfer offers that have been welcome and have the ability to reduce ones overall outgoings, so all in all – top marks. I like how Vanquis keeps me up to date with my payments and predicts accurately what i need to pay in order to not go out my limit but also give me reminders. I love the colours of the user interface and I’m very happy with the service so far. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
