Helpful customer service and fair treatment

I’ve been banking with Vanquis for a few years now and overall I’ve had a good experience. On one occasion, I forgot to make a payment on time. I called their customer service team, explained the situation, and they were really understanding. They kindly cancelled the penalty fee, which I really appreciated. It’s reassuring to know they treat their customers fairly and take the time to listen. Would definitely recommend them for their support and flexibility. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking, I’ve been trying to take back an overpayment from myself for over a month and I’m still £173 out of pocket. Because Vanquis took a double payment from me. All I’ve want is my money which you have unlawfully taken from me. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025
