Whenever I've had to contact the Customer service dept, they have always been polite, personable and professional. Vanquis card is ideal when travelling worldwide. Also very accommodating and secure for large transaction. Posible to include a member of family or friend as a second user. 24/7 customer service, communicating with a real human english speaker. Paper bill available if or when needed. Messaging to my mobile reminding payments. Frequent promotions of low transfer cost and special low rate promotion now and then. Reliable and accepted worldwide at low cost.
