I personally feel like the interest rates are so high and there could be improvements on the app but the customer service never has any delays or long call wait times just very effective and helpful. Iv never had a bad experience and overall have had very efficient and helpful phone calls. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

The worst!

The worst! I am not sure what I've touched or how I deleted my direct debit payment, and one month they were not able to collect the money and they lowered my limit, which is not thousands anyway. It's just a £1000 credit card, which I've had for years, and for one mistake they lowered it. Very unprofessional. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
