Awful customer service, never act on what they say,...

Awful customer service, never act on what they say, long drawn out complaints process and haven't even resolved an 8 month issue which the ombudsman ruled in my favour 6 weeks later. Would not recommend to anyone Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Great card and customer service.

Great card and customer service. Offers a decent, usable credit limit and offers limit increases over time of responsible use. In a year I was offered 2 increases so I could get rid of some silly small limit cards I had with other lenders. Quite happy. Thanks Vanquis for treating me like a human being. I love Vanquis because it's safe and protected by FSCS.

I love Vanquis because it's safe and protected by FSCS. It's flexible and help you boost your credit score. It gives you a payment break yearly. Excellent customer service. They are very polite, helpful, understanding and supportive. I feel valued. They give advice and guidance to how to manage your finances effectively and safely and save money. It's easy to access the app and make payments and it's credited into your account within 6hrs. Their product knowledge is excellent. I love Vanquis credit card because they always monitor how you spend, so should there be any suspicious styff on your card, they just block the card and inform you immediately. I have been with them for years and I love them. They always advise you of ways to pay your money back quickly. They really been a great help for me and I appreciate them. Where you are experiencing difficulty with any payments, they always there to help you. Good value for money. Good quality product. Highly recommend. Thank you Vanquis. Terrible Customer service

Someone tried to make a fraudulent payment with my details. Vanquis blocked this and notified me, saying they would cancel my card and send a new one. So I was initial happy with how they handled it. But it took almost two months to get my account reactivated and a new card send (which then had the wrong pin). It took 6 or 7 phones calls and many more emails to sort things, as every time they contacted me, they made another mistake that made the situation even worse. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
