Vanquis have always provided a reliable, swift & ease of use service. They provid up to date technology to allow me to access my account with ease of navigation. The call centres are quick to deal with any customer issues I have had in the past, whilst informing me of rate & credit increases as necessary. Having had Vanquis for many years, it’s a no nonsense company that can be relied upon, when I require there services… and to be commended on their efficient customer relationship. Vanquis helped me even with a poor credit history

I had a poor credit history and credit card companys were always turning me down but Vanquis gave me a chance and i was able to get my credit rating back with vanquis raising my limit, i shall be forever grateful. Reviewed on: 20th April 2025
