Good to build up credit record

This card is pretty good to guild up your credit record. I have never had a problem with them, and they have offered me higher credit limits a few times. Everything is easily managed through the app. The app is absolutely great to keep a track of your cards, payments and transactions. If you used abroad, the fees are fair and they are clearly stated in the statements. Perhaps the interest rights are a bit high, but that's where the business is for them. I have been with Vanquis for many, many years & have always had good service. I like the fact that I get regular updates on new products, offers, credit limits, etc. On the occasions that I have applied for their offer of a credit limit, the process has been very efficient & quick. A brilliant way to build a good credit rating, I have had problems in the past gaining a credit rating due to lack of information of my financial situation, having a vanquis card has helped me budget better and control my spending habits, and with a controlled limit, I can see at a glance on the app my monthly payments due, and how I am keeping within my spending limits. Vanquis have always been very good and understanding

Vanquis have always been very good and understanding from fraudulent issues on my account to going into my overdraft and listening to when I can pay it off. Vanquis is by far the best credit card company I've used and helps me monthly with working out my finances. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
