Vanquish helped me build my credit score!

Vanquis helped me build my credit score from the ground up. Every few months I’ve been offered to raise my credit limit. This feel rewarding as it shows their trust with me is growing. As they continue to help me with my finances, and with building my credit score, they increase their customers as I tend to refer friends and family to them as they have always been helpful. Such a shame because it was a brilliant company

Vanquis use to be a brilliant company for customer service they have now outsourced customer service and it's totally diabolical, you don't get the same service. Sometimes it's difficult to get the agent to understand what you want. They don't understand the culture and just read from a cheat sheet and their understanding and use of English is very poor Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
