Right card in the right time

I had first time Vanquis card , somewhere in 2019 and stuff over the phone helped me a lot explaining to me how all works. I was unemployed that times and I was very pleased when Vanquis offered me a credit . I closed credit card somewhere in 2020 and in 2022 opened again a credit card . I was very pleased with them and recently they offered me an increase credit . Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

The app is not at the same standard as other financial services i have. The other observation i have is the speed to make add hoc payments and when they appear as recived in the App, I make payment to my bank credit card and the appear processed immediately. Vanquis takes day which indicates you are artificially delay payments and earning more interest. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Great Service all round.

Vanquis have always been very understanding, and able to be flexible on occasions when I really needed them to be, The rate / APR is manageable. Their customer service is excellent. On-line services are excellent and greatly convenient. 5 stars all the way from me. all i can say is Thank you Vanquis Credit Card, you have given me the way through the life.
