decent experience

I’ve never had to deal with any customer support. Do wish the app had more features to track spending, estimated interest for the following month when you make the current months payment, and the interest rate is…ehh. Not as bad as Aqua, but still not good or great. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Vanquis is an outstanding bank and their customer service is the best I have known, nothing is too much trouble,everything is dealt with efficiently and all the ones I have spoken to are extremely polite and helpful.
