My experience with Vanquis.

I have had a really good experience with Vanquis the customer service team are very friendly and are always keen to help, I changed jobs so my dates of payment needed to be changed, they were so accommodating and helpful and it was changed the same day. I once got charged a fee for missed payment despite me paying, so I phoned and they were so helpful and rectified this ASAP.
