Very supportive company for rebuilding credit.

Very supportive company for re building credit. Yes the rates could be lower initially, but they have come down in the times I have been with them and I think the service they have offer over the years has been excellent. I Would 100% recommend them to others. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

VANQUIS SWEPT THE CARPET FROM UNDER MY FEET no loyalty

VANQUIS SWEPT THE CARPET FROM UNDER MY FEET AT A TIME WHEN I NEEDED HELP MOST. During covid and having lost my job, I paid £600+ on to my card to pay crucial bills. Without notice of any kind, Vanquis promptly took all the money slashing. my credit balance by 70%. In spite of reaching out desperately to Vanquis, nothing was done and I was left in a complete fix with my finances. This got me into a lot of trouble and depressed me for a very long time and still leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. I am not back in a good job but sadly Vanquis does not deserve my loyalty as they have never given theirs. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Less to worry about

Vanquis have always been very good to me, at the moment I am nearly at my limit of £2000. But I am not being harassed by Vanquis just politly advised I am nearly there ,this has helped me very much till I get back on my feet,thank you Vanquis Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
