Vanquis not interested in fraud

Had a fraudulant payment on my card,told you,passed to fraud department to be blocked.You then paid it and charged me.When i rang to complain the foreign girl on the phone was not helpful and i gave up. LISTEN TO THE CALLS. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

A card that helps when needed.
