My experience using Vanquis.

My experience using Vanquis is that it’s simple and easy to use. Since the update, it’s been easier and aesthetically looks cleaner. I like that when buying something expensive I used the Vanquis app to simply pay it back on the same day. It’s works seamlessly with my Halifax app and I’ve had no stress over it. Great customer Service

Vanquish is nice, even when I was not taking my calls, they were able to track and protect my account and save me from paying for what I didn't spend or know about. Also they were able to investigate and got back to me early. Good customer service. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

I have always been able to rely on Vanquis.

Customer Service has always been helpful, friendly and efficient. I have never had any significant issues with Vanquis and all concerns or queries I have had were resolved promptly and without undue stress. Although the interest rate is considerably higher than many credit providers, Vanquis has helped me during difficult times, especially whilst I was rebuilding my credit history when other banks wouldn't. Great card and App

Easy quick application, the app is very easy to navigate. Great card for improving your credit rating. They also keep in touch without being too pushy. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

Vanquis was my first credit card.

Vanquis was the first credit card I applied for, and despite having only a short lived credit history from phone/utility bills and the likes, I was accepted with a fair starting credit limit. Over time I have been able to easily manage my account and progressively increase my credit limit through the easy to use interface of the vanquis app, and to date have not had any major issues to report.
