I have been a vanquis customer for 6 years and...

I have been a vanquis customer for over 6 years and I can absolutely say that they have been very excellent with their services. A few times the airline cancelled our tickets and vanquis had always jumped in quickly to make sure that we get our money back. They constantly advise about making sure that you can pay back the money before borrowing it. Very excellent at what they do. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Drastic drop in Credit Limit

When I first joined Vanquis, I had a Credit Limit of £500 but without notice or reason they dropped the Credit Limit to £150 which left me seething. I later discovered that it was due to my Credit Score being low and I was classed as more of a threat even though I made regular payments on my account to keep my Credit Score in good stead Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

I called as I had a scam call trying to get me to ha...

I called as I had a scam call trying to get me to hand over a PIN number. I blocked my card straight away and obviously didn’t give the scammer any details. I call today as I was very anxious about it all and I had a question about a refund that I was expecting. The professionalism of your office was disappointing. It sounded like they were having a party, and the noise was so loud that I could hardly hear your representative. I came off the phone more stressed out than I was to begin with. I was in a very stressful situation and I called for help. I do not expect to have to listen to such loud background noise of people shouting, singing and laughing.
