Avoid like the plague.

A more incompetent company than Vanquis surely does not exist. Slow, error-strewn customer care with no thought to either customers or care. Their credit limit process is fraught with mistakes and their complaints procedure merely produced a litany of lies. I would rather lose a leg than deal with these charlatans. Utter abysmal..
