Easy, simple, fantastic!

From the very start, the process has been simple, easy, and straight forward. The customer service I’ve received has been brilliant, the app is great and simple and clear to use, couldn’t recommend this credit card enough! Don’t think I have a single negative thing to say. Interest rate will never go down!

Interest rate will never go down! I have had a Vanquis credit card for almost 8 years. I keep getting credit increase offers but I never get valued customer reductions in interest rates. I have always kept up with my payments and I am prepared to switch or cancel the card completely. I do not recommend Vanquis. Unless you were like me and was just trying to build credit.
