Excellent customer service

I have been with Vanquis for about 5 years now and have had an excellent relationship with them. The app is first class and very user-friendly and allows you to check your spending in real-time. Their customer service is excellent and any issues I've had have been quickly resolved. I have no hesitation in recommending Vanquis to anyone with less than perfect credit. High interest

Great if refused credit elsewhere but interest is high. You'd like to think after many years of "custom' and 0 missed payments, you'd be eligible for a lower % rate or 0% balance transfer offers. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
