Amazing service offered!

High rates

Unfortunately had to use most of my credit allowance, I repay more than minimum amount but the interest charges are so high that Vanquis takes half on my payment so taking longer to pay off, I spoke to someone about it and was told they would reduce my rates but this has not been done. Vanquis are excellent, no need to go anywhere else

Vanquis are approachable, understanding and are very professional, especially when you have average or lower credit rating.
