Great app and customer service

Great app to manage my card spendings and payments. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Very poor service

I use to rate vanquis as a very good company. Unfortunately when I tried to clear my balance as I don’t like paying interest, Vanquis said the payment wasn’t showing on my account. My bank statement showed it had been received. After 14+ phone calls over a month and a letter to say to pay it into an account number which I had paid it into after raising a complaint and still chasing it the payment suddenly showed up. The interest was removed but the stress and worry isn’t worth using the service again Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
