Interest rates are exorbitant.

Interest rates are exorbitant and way above others. I now want to pay off my card and cut it up. The other problem is trying to cancel ongoing payments. Unable to do it online or in tge app, always and expensive phone call! Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Very helpful when help is needed

I was made redundant and was struggling to keep up with payment. I have called and explained my situation and to my surprise Vanquish accept and we made 3 months agreement on lower payments and no extra cost. This was very helpful and in some way relief knowing that I'm not going into more debt. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

It’s rare to get accepted for a huge credit limit, but Vanquis gave me a chance and it has helped me massively to keep my family afloat ! I’m a mother and I’m the provider at the minute and I work two jobs but the cost of living has made it so that I can only barely afford my fixed expenses. Getting accepted for this card means that I can buy my family food for the month and pay it later rather than being left with nothing, can’t thank Vanquis enough. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
