cannot log in,cannot pay anyone,waited over an hour...

cannot log in,cannot pay anyone,waited over an hour for someone in a foreign country,was told nobody in U.K.to talk to,tried to cancel credit card and get £45 that I am in credit,cannot because Customer Service insist I have to have mobile number and App,I am disabled and cannot get mobile signal which is why I have landline only,also could not use my credit card because when it ask me to accept text or voice to get activation code nothing happens even though they have my landline number it never rings tried 6 times in last 10 days,ended up using another bank card to pay Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Easy to set up

The Vanquis account was very easy to set up. There are timely reminders of when the next repayment is due and advises how much the minimum payment should be. There are reminders of how much credit is available. There is also the opportunity to make extra payments at any time. I would recommend Vanquis to family and friends. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Is Vanquis credit card value for money?

It takes 2 days for my payments to clear and I would prefer it to happen more quickly. Also, if I go over my limit by even a small amount, I would like the chance to pay it at the time without being charge fees. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Very straight forward

I have not had a single issue since using Vanquis, everything has been really straightforward, from the applicant to the account management.
