Great Customer Service and App . Trusted

I’ve had my card for a few years now , it’s designed to help you manage your finances keep on the straight and narrow and the app is excellent to keep a check on everything. Vanquis provided me with a low limit over 5 years ago I’ve never missed a payment it’s helped improve my credit score and I now have a much higher limit if I need it . Rate is higher than others however not wanting to switch as I trust Vanquis and they have excellent customer service and keep me informed regularly Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Reduced my credit limit due to an error on my credit file which was corrected immediately but never reinstated my limit. Not worth having the card given the credit limit available. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
