Mostly good and stable experiences with a few niggles

Mostly good and stable experiences, but accessing customer service is an obstructive process, and they rely solely on the algorithm, meaning my perfectly kept account has had a stagnant credit limit for a long time despite being told it'd be reviewed when I asked about it. A good card and friendly informative staff.

I have had my card for a number of years and always found staff easy to talk to if there has been an issue. The app is very easy to use for making payments and if site is down paying by phone is an easy process also. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
