Best credit card I have ever held over the years, and exceptional customer service and totaly customer focused. I had a difficult experience with scammers some years ago where an amount of money was taken from my card and vanquis hwere there to help me every step of the way, brilliant keep up the good work. Vanquish willing to help

Vanquish are helpful in several ways had a few problems and ended up in Hospital. Advised them of not being able to keep up payment and they offered a holiday to get back on my feet. Was much appreciated. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

Starting over

After a messy marriage breakup I lost a good credit rating that I had. When things began to settle and move on I saw an advertisement for vanquis so thought I'd apply. I was accepted by them with a limit of £1500. Over the years I paid always before due date and mostly a bit more than minimum payment. My limit had now increased considerably and my credit rating is now above average. They don't pester you to accept offers,uts entirely up to yourself. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
