I have been using Vanquis for a few years now and they provide the service I need without issue. I have never really needed to contact them for anything. However, they have contacted me when I'd forgotten a payment before going on holiday and once I resolved this, there were no further problems. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

A good service in dealing with trading standards.

Go for it

I recently decided to go for the Vanquis credit card, that has a great 18 months interest free credit transfer, to stop my interest fees on my other credit card. This was a very smooth transition from start to finish, I am now interest free for 18 months. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
