Vanquis is the worst credit provider I have used.

Vanquis is the worst credit provider I have used. Ridiculous terms and interest rates, don't want to help when you're trying to find a solution to help with finances like all the other companies have. Clearly wanting people to get into debt. The staff are rude and haven't got a clue, being put on hold every question as they don't know the answer, trying to get you off phone fast and not answering the questions. Vanquis credit card has been surprisingly positive

I originally applied to help build my credit score, and Vanquis gave me that opportunity when many others wouldn’t. The application process was straightforward, and I was approved quickly with a manageable credit limit that increased gradually over time as I proved myself. The app is easy to use — I can check my balance, make payments, and get alerts instantly, which helps me stay on top of things. I especially like how transparent the charges and interest are, and that I’m reminded when my payment is due. It’s helped me become more financially disciplined. There are no flashy rewards, but for what I needed — building credit safely and gaining control over my finances — Vanquis delivered exactly that.
