Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. As have difficulties in remembering times dates etc. To assist they arranged a direct debit at a higher percentage of the balance to assist me in ensuring not only do did I pay interest but reduced the balance at the same time. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Vanquis are Excellent in Every Respect

In all honesty I can say that, in all the time that I’ve been a Vanquis customer, I haven’t had any issues with them. From the moment that I registered for a Credit Card from them, up to the present day, there has been nothing that I can think of to complain about. Their Customer Service is exemplary, as is the app. In fact the app has had a revamp recently and, despite the fact that the legacy version was good enough, the updated one is easier on the eye and simpler to use. All in all the Credit Card is an excellent tool for building back your credit rating, so much so that my credit score is better than it has been for quite some time. I would highly recommend registering for one, especially if like I was, you are struggling to raise your credit score to a respectable level. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

My experience has been nothing but amazing, I’ve had Vanquis for over a year now to help build my credit score and it’s boosted my score so much. I’ve never had any issues and they always send me information I may need in simple emails that’s easy to understand and text to remind me to pay my balance before it’s due to remind me. Paying back is easy and effortless I have already recommended to my partner after his credit card company hasn’t positively impacting his credit score and since been with Vanquis his has massively improved too which is great for us and trying to get approved for a mortgage. Got me out of a hole!

I’ve been with Vanquis for several years and it was comforting to know they provided a safety blanket when times were extremely tough. Talking to one of their phone operatives was an easy experience as they explained everything without soft soaping you; it’s what you need when you’re in a financial predicament. I’ve not used them as much in the last few years as, thankfully, I’m now in a strong financial position which wouldn’t be the case without Vanquis. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
