I joined vanquis many years ago.

I joined vanquis many years ago. Do to my marriage breakdown I was in a lot of debt. Vanquis gave me hope to try and build my credit score back up, which I have achieved. It started on a very basic amount of £150. Once they noticed I could manage this they kept upping my amount. They let me know first and I can say no if I don't want an increase. My credit score is well built up now thanks to vanquis. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

I have had a credit card with Vanquis for around 4 - 5 years now and I have had no major issues. Whenever I have called with questions or concerns they have been helpful. I am struggling to pay off my credit card with the cost of living crisis, but I do make my monthly payments - sadly I don’t see a lot of that due to interest. I am thankful that Vanquis have not emailed with a credit increase, as that would be irresponsible. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Easy to use

I haven’t needed to use Custmoner service so I can’t comment on this. I find the app very easy to use and changing monthly payments as and when needed is also easy. I like the function that directly links to your bank for direct payments when making an extra one off payment.
