Great service and app for me to manage my account.

Due to personal reasons my credit score was low, Vanquis gave me the opportunity to build it back up. They watch your spending and give you guidance to support you to be able to manage your finances. Easy access to customer service. Dispute settled quickly..

During the COVID-19 period I had a dispute with Air France on cancellation of flight and they refused to refund my money. Vanquis helped to get my refund. Reviewed on: 25th May 2023
