Superb customer service

If only every company was like velosure to deal with. Helpful, friendly and always give the best advice for the best option for your needs. And as I normally cycle in my own, the roadside assistance is a huge reassurance. Reviewed on: 15th September 2016

Complete Satisfaction with Velosure

Velosure had been recommended to me and I found that the member of staff (Linda) who dealt with my enquiry was very knowledgeable & able to answer all my questions. The quotation she gave me was also very competitive and the policy details covered all likely eventualities. She had a caring & friendly attitude and was not at all pushy, a pleasure to deal with.. Efficient and Friendly

Renewal was a pleasure, with advice on locks required for the cover, and they sent me a link on types of Cen grade locks to look it which made it easy to find the right locks. (they didn't have too) I had one issue with my payment but they acted promptly and resolved it for me, which is what matters. Anyone can make mistakes but it's how you act to resolve it and Velosure were brilliant. I can't fault the cover, and with 2 high end bikes and 1 mid range bike I like to have piece of mind and Velosure give me that. Reviewed on: 26th August 2016
