Don't always believe

Money tooken for house valuation and it is our fault that we didn't wait for the answer first. But customer advisor was saying "no need to woried all should be okay, all looks good". Declined because of that there is gaps for last 4 years working (it is not true). Money for deposit are from student finance (Not true as well). Not even given a chance to prove that that it is not true. "You are in risk beacuse of Covid-19". So why giving a hope.. I do not recommended Reviewed on: 16th July 2020

Thorough and caring mortgage advice

Lucy Burnside has been absolutely wonderful

Myself and my partner are purchasing our first home and Lucy has been there for us every step of the way. I expected applying for a mortgage to be a very stressful process (especially in the current climate) but I can honestly say that Lucy has been such a calming force, and has been incredibly helpful, communicative and friendly the entire way through. Static (in difficult times)

We have lodged our complaint with you expressing our strong dissappointment that you have not reduced monthly payments since the BOE base rate went to .25%. Loyal customers deserve better treatment. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
