complex income mortgage

We managed to use income projections from a client towards affordability, as the client had seen a large uplift in income year on year since covid, which was very bespoke and managed to get us where we needed to be Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Brilliant

Somehow improve passbook security. The signature in the book, visible by U.V light is not a secure as it used to be. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020

Excellent, attentive and personal service.

Common sense approach.

I was very much in a dier place when I got in touch with a proper financial adviser who helped me to gather all the information they needed and within weeks I had the mortgage I needed . I was with in the border area for approval ,and never looked back. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Took the time

We approached The Vernon for a self build mortgage in early 2019. Despite many trials and tribulations The Vernon stuck with us, took time to understand our position and really made it happen for us.
