Don't always believe

Money tooken for house valuation and it is our fault that we didn't wait for the answer first. But customer advisor was saying "no need to woried all should be okay, all looks good". Declined because of that there is gaps for last 4 years working (it is not true). Money for deposit are from student finance (Not true as well). Not even given a chance to prove that that it is not true. "You are in risk beacuse of Covid-19". So why giving a hope.. I do not recommended Reviewed on: 16th July 2020

They changed my life

I was looking for a home after my divorce had left me with nothing.The Vernon underwrite on a case by case basis, so out of the over 30 lenders i contacted the Vernon were the only lender to even consider me. They have gained a loyal customer in me and my new husband. We've been with the Vernon for 4 years and we still pinch ourselves! Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

Flexible for self builds

Originally we were a little confused about the stage payment process and how this would fit in with a payment schedule with a builder. However, after a couple of discussions we were able to arrange a more flexible approach, which should really simplify the process.
