We managed to use income projections from a client towards affordability, as the client had seen a large uplift in income year on year since covid, which was very bespoke and managed to get us where we needed to be Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

They changed my life

I was looking for a home after my divorce had left me with nothing.The Vernon underwrite on a case by case basis, so out of the over 30 lenders i contacted the Vernon were the only lender to even consider me. Flexible for self builds

Originally we were a little confused about the stage payment process and how this would fit in with a payment schedule with a builder. However, after a couple of discussions we were able to arrange a more flexible approach, which should really simplify the process.
