Very Happy

My Virgin Money ISA matured in March and I was offered a swift renewal online. After careful consideration I renewed for another 1 year fixed term with Virgin Money. The renewal was swift and smooth, with clear communications and no issues encountered. The interest rate offered, although had decreased on the previous 12 months, was still very competitive in a downward trending market. Overall I am very happy with my experience as a customer of Virgin Money and would not hesitate to reccomend their range of online ISA products for those looking for a good rate of return and ease of use with minimum fuss. Excellent customer service

Straightforward & Secure Online Saving

I had never done online banking before but after searching for a trustworthy bank with an above average interest rate, I thought I would take the plunge. So glad I did as it was so easy to do and at the same time I'm reassured that my investments are very safe both from online fraud & bank crashes! I've since opened up another Virgin savings account & used the wonderful calm and relaxing Virgin lounges that I've noticed in many cities. Thankyou Virgin for another great service you provide! Good service from customer service reps and good interest rates

this is my very first experience with Virgin Money. I opened a ISA account with the fund transferring from other bank. An easy internet experience for a Senior

Whenever I've bought a product from Virgin Money it's always easy to do. My 96yr old mother has two ISAs with Virgin, they consistently pay more than other ISA's. I always look at Virgin Money's ISA first. Reviewed on: 14th December 2018
